Okay, here comes the recipe for “Frikadellen”
You need:
Minced meet (beef ) 2lbs
2 onions cut in small pieces
3 slices old, hard white bread finely chopped
2 eggs
Soda
2 Tbsp mustard
2 Tbsp paprika powder
1 Tsp curry powder
Salt/pepper
Mixed all together and cover the ground of a pan with plant oil. If it’s hot, fry the meatballs from both sides.
You can eat them hot or cold.
